Domaine Parazols-Bertrou

We're a family winery of 112 Acres, located right in front of the Black Mountain, 15 km North East from Carcassonne. Both, in AOP Cabardès in the village of Conques sur Orbiel and in AOP Minervois in Caunes Minervois and Bagnoles. Since in 2003, our domain is expending, especially with the unique profil of our wines and wich have a great capital sympathy. Being the 8th generation in the family wine-growing tradition, we have bet in 2003, to start our own cellars estate and to grow our vines in sustainable agriculture. Labeled HVE since 2018 and now in Organic conversion.
