Mas Gabriel

Created in 2006 by Deborah and Peter Core, Mas Gabriel is located in Caux in the Languedoc-Pézenas appellation. 6.5 hectares of vines with soils of basalt, Villefranchian gravel and clay-limestone.

We only grow Mediterranean grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, black Carignan and Cinsault, for the red varieties, and white Carignan, Vermentino, grey Grenache and white, for the whites. Our wines are typical of the Pézenas terroir, expressive with character, but always elegant. Entirely hand-picked and all wines certified organic..
