When they arrived in Quercy in the early 2000s, Luc Luyckx and his partner Marc Van Antwerpen fell under the charm of the region. They set their sights on a wine estate located in Puy l’Évêque in the heart of the Lot valley. Ambassador of the appellation, he travels the world to discover the wines of Château Famaey and to carry the colors of Cahors loud and clear. Since 2007, his son Maarten has been responsible for the winemaking and has worked to advance the family estate. Now HVE certified (level 3), Château Famaey offers a beautiful range of wines.
