Domaine de l'Anchois

The Domaine de l'Anchois located between the Mediterranean Sea and salt water lake, covers 7.5 ha of vines and 5 ha of olive trees. Created by Stephan BUFFILLE, the grape varieties have been carefully thought out to produce aromatic wines, as naturally as possible, and to to get off the beaten tracks. These are ancient grape varieties that flourish on clayey-sandy soil. Conducted biodynamically since its creation, the wines of Domaine de l'Anchois are all Demeter certified. A desire for a respectful and meaningful practice by considering the environment as a whole.
