Domaine de Monthélys

Out of a passion for the world of wine, and coming from a completely different background, in 2018 I created Domaine de Monthélys in the heart of the Faugères appellation. At an altitude of 300m, surrounding the pretty little medieval village of Cabrerolles, the 5 ha vineyard follows the curves of this unique terroir, whose soil is 100% schist. Our red wines have character, combining power and elegance while preserving freshness. You will find in your glass aromas of garrigue, spices and ripe fruit. The Domaine is certified Organic and the grapes are harvested by hand.
