DOMAINE EMILE & ROSE

Located a few kms from Béziers, the Domaine Émile & Rose switched to organic farming in 2001. It was taken over by Biterrois Anne-Laure & Marc Royo in 2018. The vineyard, spreading now over 27 hectares, consists of small hillside plots, where flourish mediterranean historical cépages ou rarities like Aramon, Alicante, white and black Carignan, black and white Grenache. One of the orange wine trailblazers, the estate thus proposes a fascinating range of high-end micro-cuvées, carefully aged in amphorae and/or barrels.
