Description
A single vineyard with royat cord whose pruning, irrigation, treatment and health protection are conducted with the utmost attention to obtain an optimal and balanced production of grapes that reach the best quality. Age of the vineyard: 15 years old. Harvested during the night and immediate-ly taken to the winery in order to avoid fermentation. This way, the grapes remain in perfect health and a correct fruit extraction takes place. Colour: Pale yellow with new gold reflections and green rim in the glass.Palate: Fresh, elegant and round in the mouth, good stickiness with a perfect balance.
