Description
Eye : limpid with pale yellow hints ; a slightly pink reflection. Nose : dominated by white flowers and white fruits. Palate : it is freshness itself, sharp, fruity and easy to drink. White flowers, white fruits with a pink grapefruit finish… This wine is a perfect companion to apéritif but also salted pies, shellfish and white-flesh fish... Ageing capacity : should be drunk young. Serving temperature: chilled (8-12°C).

Vin de France qui porte bien son nom et qui met à l'honneur notre savoir-faire et en plus sur un cépage rare!!! En bouche, c'est un vin à l'attaque souple et grasse où se confirment les perceptions fruitées et florales du nez. L'ensemble est suave et enrobé par une fraîcheur suffisante.
