Description
Inspired by the traditional Georgian winemaking process process, the white grapes are vinified and fermented in whole bunches (like red wines). This technique of maceration with the skin provides, thanks to the polyphenols and anthocyanins contained in the skin of the grapes, this typical colour and tannic structure. Intense gold with amber reflections, the nose displays aromas of fresh citrus fruits, orange marmalade, apricot, white peach with a hint of spices. The palate reveals a tannic structure, amplitude with freshness and a persistent finish.
