Deep garnet red colour with carmine reflections. Immediate, generous aromas of ripe black fig and brown leather, followed by roasted coffee and cocoa bean. After a straightforward attack, the mouth is seductive, with very rich fruitinesse like black fig, pomegranate, black plum and burlat cherry fruit. On the 2d taste, liquorice, dark chocolate and cashew nuts notes. The finish is firmed by the spice of black pepper, with a lively aftertaste of Espelette pepper and Morello cherry.
