In our intention to let our star variety "VERDEJO" show its full potential, we have made a selection from an old vineyard of more than 45 years with a higher concentration, given its lower yield, which allows us to ferment in barrels, mixing barrels 500 and 225 liters made with French and Hungarian oak. Thus, Tres Pilares is fermented in barrels and aged for a minimum of 12 months in contact with its lees, generating a great balance between fruit and freshness with the barrel notes.
