The color is pale pink with bluish reflections The nose recalls notes of red fruits such as pomegranate. The attack on the palate is full-bodied and acidic. The finish reveals the aromatic notes of the first nose. Instant Rosé can be drunk with appetizers à la tapenade or with raw vegetables. We can also combine the liveliness of this rosé with a platter of cold meats or rillettes without forgetting the famous melon-ham combination.
