Description
The first wine of this Cuvée is made from 100% Carignan grapes from a single parcel of vines located mid-slope, facing north-east, on the hillside of Ensérune. The vines which have allowed the production of this vintage are more than 45 years old. Thanks to its cultivation, exposure and vinification, it is characterised by a fresh and fruity palate, slightly spicy and with smooth tannins.
