Donnadieu 2020

Donnadieu is a small village north of Saint-Chinian. Its terroir of schist gives very filtering soils, not very fertile, silvery or bluish, sometimes ochre, with a silky touch. Emmagining heat during the day, the soil gives it back at night, which favors the ripening of the berries. It is still a wild setting where one feels at the end of the world.
