Description
Florens is an excellent easy-drinking wine: full, fresh and ripe. Its Mourvèdre base gives it intense fruitiness. Remarkably fresh on the palate, it is packed with fresh fruit and elegant tannins; this wine is best enjoyed while still young. Hand-picked Separate traditional fermentation after de-stemming for each gape variety, followed by three weeks’ maceration. Separation of the free-run and press wines. Blending of the three varieties after the malo-lactic fermentation.
