Organic compost, green manure, light tillage, hand-harvesting. Low natural yield (30 hl/ha) Tasting notes : On the nose, aromas of red fruits combined with those of the garrigue make for a vibrant wine. In the mouth a beautiful expression with notes of pepper, graphite and chocolate. The supple fresh finish gives it great elegance.
