Produced in limited quantities, 10°5 is an exclusive and exceptional wine, made from grapes picked in the first days of the harvest, in the heart of Provence.
Various Mediterranean grape varieties are selected to obtain a delicate balance between intensity and lightness, freshness, and roundness. 10°5 is also its degree and its secret lies in the early harvest.
