Description
Mechanically harvested grapes. Direct pneumatic pressing followed by a fermentation with temperature control at 17°C. Once the basic white wine is obtained, a second fermentation is generated in the bottle by the addition of liqueur de tirage, thus creating foam and effervescence. The disgorging is done after 9 months of ageing on a rack.
