DUQUENOY cedric (attending)
Principal / Owner, DOMAINE SAINT ANDRE
Description
Folie d’Inès is named after Inès Hébert, the former owner of the Domaine. Cuvée d’Ines Rosé has been crafted from one single plot of Grenache Noir, planted on the great terroirs of the Domaine.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning. In the cellar, they are directly pressed (pneumatic press). After 48 hours of static settling, the clarified juice slowly ferments (14 days) in stainless steel tanks.
The nose is very elegant, with delicate aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberries. Hints of red pepper. The palate displays a lively start.
Enjoy this wine chilled, with a lobster salad.
