Description
Our Sauvignon Blanc is a lovely pale yellow colour, rich and aromatic, with intense fruit flavours and vegetal notes: redcurrant, passion fruit, green tomato, wild strawberry, lemon. It has floral hints (honeysuckle), as well as a mineral "flint" fragrance. On the palate, it is very fresh with good acidity and a rich, round finish. The grapes are harvested very early in the morning, or even late at night. They are quickly transported to the vat room to be pressed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place quickly in stainless steel tanks at 18-20°C.
