-Tasting Notes An elegant ruby red with purple hues. Ripe, spicy and fruity on the nose offering concentrated fruit flavours on the palate. Dense but fine tannins make this a supple wine with great length. Pairing Best served at room temperature. Pairs well with grilled red meat, pork chops, ribs, lamb, tuna... Will also compliment aged hard cheeses.
