Château Gilbert & Gaillard

The Château is nestled amongst the limestone hillsides of the Saint-Chinian area. The estate is one of the appellation’s true gems and belongs to Philippe Gaillard and François Gilbert, the two famous wine tasters who created the specialized wine magazine. Mr Gilbert and Mr Gaillard have been really falling in love with the Languedoc-Roussillon for over 25 years, and they bought it because it is located on an outstanding terroir : a limestone soil at 200 meters of altitude giving wines on freshness and elegance.
