Description
"Pleine Nature" is produced from 100% organic and certified grapes, cultivated in a Natura 2000 classified park. The harvest is manual and the wine is vinified using exclusively indigenous yeasts. No input is added, no sulphites are added before and during fermentation. No brutal and traumatic physical action is performed on the grape. This wine is composed of fruits.
