Vinos del Viento

Vinos del Viento means "Wines of the Wind" and the wines are grown in the 4 designations of origin of Aragón, Spain. There is a strong NW wind that blows every day in Aragón called the "Cierzo" this wind keeps the vines fresh and healthy so we don't use pesticides or fungicides in the vineyards and actually we are converting our vineyards to Biodynamic processes. There are certain characteristics that are true for all of the wines we make: single vineyards, high altitudes, old vines, dry-farmed and fermented using the native yeasts. Winemaker and founder, Michael Cooper believes in "terroir".
