Description
Terroir: clay and limestone hills, schist hills Grapes: 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache Ageing: hand-harvested, grapes selected first at vineyard then by laser scan at cellar. Malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels, ageing for 15 months in new oak barrels before bottling. Tasting: beautiful blackcurrant and blackberry notes, emphasized by spices and coffee notes. Silky tannins bring supple and roundness sensations, as well as nice freshness - Drink at room temperature, can be kept for 10 to 20 years. Matching with food: with a piece of meat, jugged rabbit, braised veal.
