Description
Décroche la Lune is a blend of all the white grape varieties of the Domaine. This richness is mainly displayed in the complex and multi-faceted bouquet. The characteristic green aromas of Sauvignon Blanc are accompanied by flavours of lily of the valley and bergamot and a symphony of fruits such as lime, mandarin, green apple and melon. Mineral, fresh with a beautiful depth of flavour. Ideal to accompany an infinite number of dishes, especially vegetarian, and not necessarily fish-based.
