Description
Soils of alluvial plains on the banks of the river. Manual harvesting. Direct pressing. Traditional white wine making. Fermentation in new 400L barrels. Aged for 4 months in barrels on lees with stirring.
Powerful nose, dominated by notes of fresh fruit (pineapple, passion fruit) then delicately spicy and vanilla. The mouth is fresh, fleshy and expressive.
To be enjoyed with grilled fish, tapenade sandwiches, but also white meats or chicken in cream sauce.
