La Côte d'Heux 2021

Nose very aromatic. Very discreet « wood and spice ». Mouth yellow fruits, exotic (pineapple). Dried fruit just starting to show, that will be more present in a few weeks. Lovely volume, good tension. An elegant and delicate cuvée. Serve as an aperitif, with scallops and saffron, fish in sauce, white meat, poultry and mature cheeses.
