Combination of fresh fruits, dried, slightly honeyed fruits, with a fresh acidity that is typical of Manseng grapes. Serve chilled as an aperitif, with blue cheese, any sweet/savoury dishes and desserts: lemon meringue pie or fruit salads… The colour is yellow, set with sublime green highlights. The very floral nose is distinguished by its great complexity with citrus, redcurrant and white fruits. The mouth is elegant and well balanced. Freshness is found on the finish thanks to the citrus flavours. A charming wine. »
