Description
Hand-stemmed harvest. Partial fermentation and mutage (French alcohol). 85gr residual sugar. Aging in an oxidative medium for six years, half-full vat and barrels. Remarkable finesse, beautiful aromatic breadth of chocolate, candied cherry and ripe fig. The complexity linked to the aging enhances the length in the mouth (toasted and cocoa bean).
