Description
Limited edition. Bottles numbered on the labels. Soil: Clay-limestone-sandstone, southern exposure at an altitude of 162 m. Vinification: cold pre-fermentation (6 ° C) for 8 days, followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (punching down and shedding once / day at 25 ° C). Malolactic fermentation under marc then aging for 2 months under marc. Aging: in oak barrels for 6 months.
Color: intense tiled garnet Aromas: subtle refined nose of blackcurrant - jammy blueberries, predominantly animal, leather and undergrowth. Velvety palate with notes of cocoa and spices.
