Description
Wine making process
The picking, spread over more than a month, is done by machine. The grapes are destemmed and ferment in concrete tanks. Long maceration with temperature control and wooden oak staves during 6 months.
Tasting notes
Intense and deep ruby colour. Intense blackcurrant notes. Complex and full bodied, this wine has a great depth and flavour, mostly blackcurrant and herbs, with a spicy kick in the finish. Nice oak flavours and vanilla notes give a long and intense finish.
