Description
Wine making process
The picking, spread over more than a month, is done by machine. The grapes are picked early in the morning to keeping them fresh and pressed directly. The fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with wooden oak staves during 7 months.
Tasting notes
Right from the start you admire its brilliant golden colour. Much delicacy in the nose, plenty of white flowers, honey, with a delicate notes of vanilla. Notes of crystallised caramel on the palate, well-structured, round and full. Long and fresh finish.
