On the palate, with freshness and vivacity, you will discover this sublime aromatic complexity. Named "Félines" this plot of the AOP Picpoul de Pinet, the closest to the Bassin de Thau, offers us exceptional grapes! Harvested at night, aged on fine lees and stirred regularly for 6 months. To be enjoyed with seafood or for the more daring with a Land/Sea dish.
