Patte de Velours Rouge 2021

Moderately colored dress. The nose is fruity, fresh on notes of blueberry, raspberry and morello cherry. The mouth is good balanced. The very fine tannins are the expression of the velvety this cuvée on the finish. To be enjoyed with white meat cooked, vegetables in ratatouille or simply a barbecue. Suitable for red meats or fish such as tuna or swordfish.
