Description
Clay-limestone soil covered with pebbles .Mourvèdre 40% Grenach40%, Syrah 20% . Nose : Spicy aromas of garrigue and menthol, followed by ripe strawberries and cocoa. Once aerated in the glass, aromas of violets appear with a more marked background of red fruits. Glass : Limpid and brilliant purple color with light violet reflections. Stuffy : The attack is soft with a good freshness, and combines in a perfect balance with the power and the sweetness of the wine. Blackcurrant aromas accompanied by violets and roasted cocoa. Good aromatic persistence with floral and roasted notes.
