Description
Clay-limestone soil covered with pebbles. Syrah 45%, Grenache noir 35%, Cinsault 20%. Nose : Pretty open nose, fruity cherries, blackcurrant syrup, notes of violets, spicy hint of cumin. glass : Garnet colour, dark black reflections. Mouth : Good balance, full-bodied, warm hint, character on black fruits. Mocha notes, ripe tannins, peppery finish. To be enjoyed between 16°-17°C
