Description
Faithful expression of our Pierrefeu-du-Var terroir. Stone and fire : roundness and minerality. Sémillon was prevailing in Côtes de Provence, before Vermentino’s arrival. Defining feature of the region, since the beginning , we have kept its production for its delicacy and minerality, pairing so well with Provence cuisine.
