Description
Beyond organic, a pure wine, purity of cepages and terroir. The jewel of the Estate Nigh harvesting, made according biodynamy principles: indigeneous yeasts, no chemical inputs, small dose of sulfites. Short ageing in stainless steel tanks. A wine ample with minerality. Volume in the mouth, with blood orange , toasted hazelnut flavours. A very elegant wine, a great rosé, beautiful expression of Provence excellence.
