La Jasse Castel

The 12 ha vineyard, conducted in organic farming, is partly split over the Languedoc, Terrasses du Larzac and IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert appellations. Harvested manually, the red grapes are placed in vats by gravity, limiting the supply of SO2 during bottling. The blends are made respecting terroirs and grape varieties, to give powerful, elegant and original wines. Five reds, two whites, one rosé and a Cartagene make up the range.
