Description
L’Egrisée was born from a desire for fresh white, with a Languedoc accent. A Grenache on the hillsides at the foot of the ramparts of Castellas in Montpeyroux, was then embellished with a touch of white Carignan and a touch of Roussanne. A sweet nose with scents of garrigue, fennel, lavender, broom, pear and white flower, melted for a fresh balance without exuberance Aging: 3 to 4 years.
