EL ABANICO 2020

This white is a total creation largely inspired by the advice of Laurent Vaillé winemaker at the Grange des Pères. The vines were planted in 2008 on a causse at high altitude. A wild setting, the backbone of the domain, the dominant landscape combines the strength of the elements with the richness of the southern vegetation. This exceptional terroir, the eclectic choice of grape varieties, as well as the management of the vines with respect for nature, provide this wine with the foundations of a unique balance.
