Description
After a cold maceration for one hour, when this rosé obtains its typical pale pink color, we proceeded to the traditional saignée method in order to respect the quality of the fruit and maintain the personality and particularity of the grape variety.Finally, it is aged for one month and a half on its lees in order to gain volume, unctuosity, and a unique varietal character. It shows a bright pink pale color with soft salmon nuances.This is a delicate and fresh wine on the nose, with red fruit aromas. Subtle and light on the palate, with a pleasant freshness and some citrus notes in the finish.
