Description
The grapes were manually harvested from our selected vineyards, in 15kg cases in order to maintain the quality of the fruit until it is pressed. The winemaking started with a double-sorting table of the bunches and grapes, after which the grapes were fermented in 100 hl wooden vats at 28ºC, followed by a malolactic fermentation in the same vats. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of 36 months in bottle. Dark-cherry red color. Black fruits and spicy aromas. Elegant on the palate with a long aftertaste.
