GRAND VIN ROUGE 2017

Coming from the old vines of the Castle, it is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, vinified in concrete tank then raised in French oak barrels for 12 months. It is a wine with a deep purple colour. The nose blends harmoniously the red fruits and the woody. The beautiful attack announces a mouth with coated tannins. An ambitious and superbly balanced wine.

Serve as a carafe on a roast leg of lamb, duck confit, a filet of beef with morels, Castelnaudary cassoulet.
