Description
IGP COUNTRY D OC Coming from the old vines of Sauvignon and Chardonnay, on the «white land» of the Domaine, where the limestone dominates. The 2 grape varieties are vinified separately, in oak barrels, to express their typicity. Then assembled for an aging of 6 months in the same futon. It is a wine with aromas of white fruits very pronounced where the Chardonnay provides a round and full mouth and the Sauvignon a very elegant mineral touch. Very nice aromatic persistence mixed with the roasted notes of the breeding, whose custody may extend over time. To be enjoyed on scallops in carpaccio...
