Description
Audace is one of the 3 signature wines. The pinot noir is highlighted in it. It differentiates by the selection process (plots, juice, barrels), and the vinification and aging process in oak barrels. After an aging of 15 months on the lees, it is showing youngness characteristics with a lovely freshness. Its potential is already revealing with gorgeous and soft bubbles and a fascinating complexity as on the nose than on the palate. Time will make light to its best by asserting the style and balance.
