Description
Sacres is one of the 3 signature wines. The chardonnay is highlighted in it. It differentiates by the precise selection process (plots, juice, barrels). After an aging of 24 months on the lees, it is showing youngness characteristics with a lovely freshness and predominant tropical fruits. Its potential is already revealing with gorgeous bubbles and a fascinating energy. Time will make light to a new picture with new aromas and creamier bubbles.
