Description
Le Pont des Anglais is the name of a very special plot where we grow our Sauvignon Blanc in clay and sandy soils. This area located at the bottom of the slope, allows it to find a great part of minerality. It is also, the desire to unite this terroir with a parcel of Colombard planted in tuff soils of the Lez Valley which brings to the Sauvignon its vibrancy and its freshness. This cuvée bridges the gap to our white terroirs to offer an incomparable typicity in the Languedoc.
