Description
This wine comes from an old parcel of Colombard in the heart of the garrigue and becomes every spring the haunt of the "African Hunter". A migratory bird from West Africa that comes to our vineyards in the summer. This bird with its colourful shades, lively and impetuous, reminds us of the liberty we have taken to make an atypical and out of time Mediterranean white wine.
